With a relatively high Proof mintage of 500 pieces, it is clear that the dies did a lot of work, and the later pieces won't have had much cameo any more. So the number of pieces surviving that qualify for a DCAM can't be that high. Here's a really nice one, just an EXTREMELY faint and small, slightly dull spot just below the neck holds this one back from at least one grade higher.
For the great DCAM eye-appeal, this coin is very fairly priced.
