Saxe-Meiningen, 3 Mark, 1913-D (Munich), PCGS MS64+
Full booming lustre on fields that are virtually perfect. There is only the slightest trace of cabinet shine on the very highest points of detail. The bold striking has been acknowledged with a well-deserved "+".
As an interesting bonus, this coins shows a fine die-crack at the left of the obverse running through GE II, which can be clearly seen in the PCGS photo.
