Saxe-Coburg, 2 Mark, 1905-A (Berlin), PCGS PR63CAM
The exremely high relief of these coins guarantees that at some point in time, there will have been contact. In spite of a Proof mintage officially stated to be 2,000 pieces, take a look at the Pops. This is the reality.
This example shows a lovely CAM striking not much short of DCAM, faint points of contact can only be seen if you turn the coin sideways and catch the light just right. Otherwise as near perfect as probably exists, with the added bonus of lovely golden-brown hues around the rims.
