Proofs of this coin from the Hamburg mint are not generally found as nice as the ones produced in Munich or Karlsruhe. All examples I have seen appear to have been struck on normal blanks, not ones specially prepared for the production of Proofs as at other mints. This is clearly supported by the Pops.
This example is about as good as they get. There is a trace of contact on the field left of the Eagle's head but much less evidence of porosity on the surface than usual.
A quick look at the Pops will show you just how rare these are at the top.
