Return Policy

You can cancel your contract within 14 days within the EU or 30 days outside the EU by phone, fax or e-mail, or if you received the goods before the deadline for any reason, by return of the goods.

Start of period
The time limit begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, however not before receipt of the goods by the purchaser.
The revocation period is sufficient to send the revocation or purchased goods.

In the case of an effective withdrawal, the mutually received benefits are to be returned and any benefits (eg interest) surrendered. Can the purchaser return the goods only in part, or only return them in an impaired condition, the purchaser is obligated to pay compensation.
All coins offered on this site are encapsuled (or "slabbed") in PCGS Secure Plus holders.  Opening (or "cracking") the holder cancels any right of return.
In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for a deterioration by not using the goods as your property and refraining from anything that could reduce their value.

Returns are to made by postal delivery by parcel at the sender's risk. The costs of return are the responsibility of the buyer, with the exception of coins sent "on approval".
Not post transportable goods will be picked up.
Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins with the dispatch of the revocation (prior to original shipment) or for Rodgau Philatelie, with their receipt.

Exclusion of right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been ordered based on your individual specifications ("§ 312 para 4 Clause 1 BGB").

It also does not apply to a contractor within the meaning of "§ 14 BGB."
